Calcul Québec announces its spring school
From May 21 to 24, 2024, Calcul Québec invites you to join us for our spring school, held on the campus of Bishop’s University. You will get the chance to develop the high-performance computing (HPC) skills you need to achieve your research goals.
Bringing researchers together
Every member of the research and innovation community can take part in this intensive week of training. Our pluridisciplinary format gathers together experienced researchers along with those who are planning their first project. Together, you will gain the skills to use HPC resources efficiently.
Bridge your needs
Two programs are offered: the first, Data Analysis and Visualization With Python, is ideal for getting acquainted with data analysis tools and our supercomputers. The second, Parallel Programming, gives you the tools to optimize your code and parallelize it by means of a variety of advanced techniques.
Our spring school is also a networking opportunity. Outside of the classroom, you can discuss with our analysts and other participants from many different research domains. This will allow you to identify solutions to your research project’s challenges.
